Hi! I’m Jessica Strong, your certified personal trainer, fitness, and class coach in New York City

I left corporate America to commit 100% of my time and effort to grow a business built by my passion. Fitness is not only about how you look on the outside but the strength within to walk with confidence and have the tools to live a long, healthy, and purposeful life.

Who We ARe

I am a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor whose passion has grown and evolved for over 10 years from childhood gymnast to an IFBB bodybuilding champion, to group fitness instructor and now lifestyle fitness coach. It has been a long and ever changing ride but I found my purpose, learned self-discipline and grew self-confidence in my skills and knowledge in the process.

I have refined my strategy to provide the desired results for any client. I will teach you how to discipline your mind and body while having fun and building confidence, too!

I left corporate America and fell in love with this industry because of YOU. Your transformations through mind, body, and soul are the reasons I do what I do!

Jennifer Richardson

Jennifer Richardson, the visionary founder of Our Shared Journeys, is a seasoned business growth strategist with a deep-rooted commitment to empowering women entrepreneurs. With over 15 years of experience navigating the entrepreneurial path, Jennifer’s journey has been marked by both triumphs and challenges. It’s through these personal experiences that she’s developed a profound understanding of the unique obstacles women, especially women of color, often face in building successful businesses.

Driven by a desire to make the journey easier for others, Jennifer established Our Shared Journeys. Inspired by her own personal journey, Jennifer is passionate about sharing resources, insights, and lessons she’s learned along the way to help others avoid common pitfalls and accelerate their growth.

Our Shared Journeys is a reflection of Jennifer’s commitment to fostering a community that bridges the gaps helping business owners on their growth journey from struggling to successful. With a clear intention of increasing access to mindset tools, resources, technology, and community to make the journey to success less challenging for other women entrepreneurs.
